Muhammad shah or shah jahan 3rd !
This is a mughal or bhavnagar issue ?

Positively not Bhaunagar. Nor Shah Jahan. RY ahd could be Ahmed Shah or (more likely) Muhammad Shah. Mint off but from appearance, Surat.
