I do not think this is a Ghaznavid coin.
The left picture is upside down. There is no name of the ruler in the central legend.
What is present is the name of the ruling Caliph: al-Radi bi'llah. That dates this coin to the period of 934-930 AD, and predates the Ghaznavid period by several decades.

Here's the obverse right side up. I can't read the mint. Could it be Samanid or Buyid?
