The Royal Mint has now released its annual report over the financial year 2019-2020 so the release of the mintage figures should be imminent, likely next week.

The mintage figures of the 2019-dated coins minted for general circulation have now been released:

1 penny: 0
2 pence: 0
5 pence: 92,800,000

10 pence (shield): 0
10 pence (A-Z): 84,000 each*
20 pence: 125,125,000

50 pence (shield): 122,000,000
50 pence (Paddington at the Tower): 9,001,000
50 pence (Paddington at St. Paul's Cathedral): 9,001,000
50 pence (Sherlock Holmes): 8,602,000

1 pound: 138,635,000
2 pound: 0


*Exceptions:

Q: 83,000
R: 64,000
W: 63,000
Y: 63,000
Z: 63,000

Interesting, because I got one in change last time I was in the UK (Christmas 2019). It doesn't look like it came from a set.
