This one has exactly the same reverse than Valentine #1 page 183
For the obverse, I am not sure if it is a horse or another animal as the head is missing and the body looks different to the Valentine coin.
In any case it also has a reversed date 113X

The design of these coins struck under Safavids rule, is always coarse but the animal is well a lion; see this thread.
The date is more likely 1110 AH

Thank you for these information.
I have also seen the dot (zero?) behind the two 1s but the first digit looks more like a reverse 3 
So I favoured the 113X option to 1110 - but may be completely wrong.
