Hi,
First idea was Morocco but I didn't find anything similar there.
Valentine has a couple of coins from Turkey page 27 but that doesn't give a match eather... ???

Dear maudry, this coin is Ottoman Libya, Billion Para minted in Trablusgarb (Tripoli), on the reverse, the Arabic text reads
" ضرب في طرابلس غرب  ", Zarb fi Trablusgarb.
The date is not visible; I am not sure about the date, may be it belongs to Sultan Mahmud II AH 1223 (1828-1832 AD).
