I am not much use here, but I did comb through Numista's Hunnic listings. I found enough resemblance between your coin and some of the Alchon Hunnic issues (I do not believe Numista is even nearly comprehensive) to believe you are looking in the right area. In particular, I saw more than one right-facing bust with an upraised sword, and plenty of fire altars.

Cool coin, nice details. Hope it's real and you can nail down what it is.

The closest I got is MACW 1541, Hephtalite, Gandharan series, brahmi legens, ΒΌ drachm. Mitchiner calls the object in front of the face a standard. However, the three-quarter bust and the cushion-like crown remind me far more of Chach than Peshawar.

An unidentified coin is a piece of metal. An identified coin is a piece of history.
