The coin is so thin it is struck on one side only and the reverse is an incuse impression of the other side

This is a common Nepal coin, bracteate. The coin is very thin and therefore the legend is applied to one side.
Weight about 0.3-0.4 grams.

Possibly struck on something soft like a leather pad, such technique was used in Iran for very thin fractions
