Roman provincial, Koinon of Macedonia, 3rd century AD (probably period of Severus Alexander).

Obv. Portrait of Alexander r., AΛЄ[ΣANΔPO]Y round
Rev. Zeus seated l., K[OIN]ON MAK-[ЄΔO]NON NЄ [for NЄΩC] round

Actually not.
Itīs a Roman provincial coin struck about 220-240 AD., commemorating him with the portrait obverse, but issued about 500 years after his death (Alexander III of Macedon (20/21 July 356 BC – 10/11 June 323 BC.).
