Top coin was struck with a worn die. See the die break running almost from 7 to 5 o'clock near the edge. The double struck date may well be a consequence of setting the pressure somewhat higher to compensate for that wear.

Bottom coin is a die clash. At some time, there was no flan in the press when it was activated, so the reverse die damaged the obverse die with the highest point: the central circle. In other words, the circle on the obverse is actually an imprint on the obverse die of the reverse die.

I seen similar error coins for Victoria Rupee coins and are nice to see. The George VI Rupee coin die clashes are common and would see many.
Both are nice coins.
