Hi Yuri,
Several years ago, there was a discussion of genuine vs fake bimetal 1 peso from Argentina (see the link below). Beads on your coin look similar to the how they depicted on one of the varieties. Apparently there were several mints involved. I checked 1 peso that I have and beads are different than what your coin shows.

How does the edge looks like. Are there any signs of coin plating?
