Bulgarian counterstamped coin

Bulgaria 5 Stotinki coin 1888 ..a flower or a tree (looks like a tugra) was stamped on it..I never see a countermarked Bulgarian coin..

Interesting, but it remains a puzzle, especially since I would expect to see counterstamps more sharply than the host.
I have seen counterstamped Bulgarian coins before, but a long time ago. IIRC, the counterstamp was a hammer and sickle.

Thanks Peter, I found it in a Turkish flea market, so I thought it would be an Ottoman countermark, but I cant find it in the Wilski's book, so I am not sure.
