Sharing another beautiful Rupee. 

RY 12 is clearly visible [ There is a 0 after 2],  11.45 Gms - 20.8 MM

No test marks, surface 9/10.

Mint out of flan, but it's similar to the Multan Rupees.

Expert comments are welcome.

I am not an expert, but not too shy to comment either. I like the surface of this coin. While showing its age, it also conveys beauty and a high grade of preservation. I can imagine a minting supervisor picking it up, nodding to himself and thinking "what a piece of work is this coin".

Your picture brings out all the glory this coin was to convey. Stately, yet elegant calligraphy, inspiring the trust the user needs to spend this coin and know that it will not be challenged, but accepted on sight.

Sorry to disapoint you. This is positively not Multan. Since long before this time, Multan was producing the square area type coins. Since the mint is off the flan, only an expert would be able to confirm the mint from the type.
