always willing to trade modern UK coins for modern coins from elsewhere....

One of the delights of Arabic script is fives and zeroes looking alike, but the five is extra big and open on your coin. Besides, the type is KM 91, which would make 1201 an error date.

Dear Andyg and Peter, the date is clear in Arabic " ١٢٥١ 1251 ", the dot to the right of the date belongs to the letter " ض " of the word " ضرب Struck ".
