Charles II 1663 coin

Hi guys i bought this as part of job lot commemorative coins
And was odd piece in there as others were westminister jubilee coins a

If any one can give me more info on it would be great.
From what i found is Charles II 1663 Petition Crown
But does have a small c on the reverse
It is 21g

Is it a restrike ?

It is a copy (hence the C) of Thomas Simon's "Petition" crown of 1663.
