My only source for the coins of the descendants of Genghis is Mitchiner. He pictures nothing like your coin, but he's quite incomplete.

It looks like the coin misses both the rulers name as well as the mint name and in such cases, the mint mark, (most often present in the letter Seen of the word Julus) is the only help which is missing too.
