I've seen 2019 20c pieces with the old portrait and I've heard reports of 5c pieces too.

Apparently, all 6 circulation denominations have been minted with the new and the old effigy in 2019:

Anyway, coins swaps for both the new and old effigies are happening this month.

The swap was on Tuesday - all six denominations (non-commemorative) were available with both the new and old portraits.
