I can't see any markings on the medals themselves. :-\
I would expect to see ARGENT on the edge

Plaisance was a village on the edge of the built up area of Paris. Its history is described (in French) here. The carabiniers was a private shooting club, noted for using the "fusil gras". In view of the dates on your medals, they may be proof of membership.
