Bamboo tally sticks
« on: March 01, 2018, 04:18:43 AM »
Chinese banks issued bamboo markers instead of regular currency when money ran short during the latter 19th century and during the world wars of the 20th century.

My piece seem to be similar to the ones near the bottom of this page

An unidentified coin is a piece of metal. An identified coin is a piece of history.
