Quite possibly so. :) Then again, it's a House of Nassau thing. At some point in history, the longer version of that motto was actually "Je Maintiendrai Nassau". In the Netherlands, the motto (the Nassau part was later dropped) is part of the country's CoA; in Luxembourg it is something more individual, maybe Henri's personal motto ...
