I dont know whether this is a Mughal issue or not..If not a Mughal issue who would be the issuing authority? I hope this is a coin of Shah Alam II minted at mahmud bandar..weighs 2.4 grams

Definitely Shah Alam with legend (Shah Alam badshah ghazi) butwhich Shah Alam is the apt question!? Could be Shah Alam II as well. If it is SA I , then it is Mughal and if it is SA II, then it is EIC

Thank you Abhishek for the reply...Can you please educate us on the timeline when this mint was acquired by the Brirish. Is that RY 5 above Mahmud? I hope the dot is part of zarb.
