I'd advise a PM to Manzikert. Can you read what is to the right of Hercules' club? I think it says something like ... E ... ANA. The bow and case is Alexandrian, but he didn't have a monopoly.

The legend is definitely [A]ΛEΞANΔP[oY], so presumably Alexander III, but unfortunately there are no other monograms or mintmarks that would allow me to suggest a mint, I'm afraid.
