Hello!
Three transport tokens of Copenhagen, three different companies.
What does OMEGNEN RABATPOLET mean?
RABATPOLET-discount token.

FosseWay

It literally means something like "the surrounding area", with "København" implied in this case. The Omegnen tokens were used after the various individual transport companies - Københavns Sporveje and various bus companies - started to work together; they were later combined to form Hovedstadsområdets Trafikselskab. Some other Copenhagen tokens have HT.

KS = Københavns Sporveje (Copenhagen trams)
AB = Amagerbanen (railway company, but in this context a bus provider)
NESA = Nordsjællands Elektricitets- og Sporvejs Aktieselskab (North Sjælland Electric and Tramway Company, another provider of first trams and later buses)

Nice collection, orsk and good to have them all together. We have more transport tokens from Copenhagen here and here. Have you found our catalogue of UK and Swedish transport tokens here?

An unidentified coin is a piece of metal. An identified coin is a piece of history.

My tokens are only two. Other photos from the Internet.
Catalogs of British and Swedish tokens are excellent. A lot of work has been done. Thank you!
