Silver Celtic themed medal

But, what is the silver mark??

Have it hand now.  A bit disappointed, the two sides are the same size!  ;D

The 950 is obviously a reference to the silver content. Checked my sources on official marks (woefully incomplete on silver guarantee marks) and came up empty-handed. Closest was Rottiers de Montaleau, a Belgian mint master in Paris, but he seems to early (1791 - l'an II) for your medal. It may be a private mark. Have you asked a local jeweller about that lion? It feels Belgian...
