1979 Bhutan Proof set

When were these proof coins  (or the set to be precise) actually issued? Asking this because Bhutanese coins show a frozen date of 1979. Do these coins come with some special packaging?

Aditya
Caution. The low-hanging fruits are still there maybe for a reason.

I'm not sure when or where i bought the set. Will take a picture of the set "not individual coins" as posted.

The set was packed inside a carton (paper) envelope with the coins sealed inside a plastic holder. (same kind as most US proof sets)

According to the leaflet the set was minted by the Royal Mint ... no date

Photos attached.

Wasn't this proof set struck by the Royal Mint?

Sorry, I missed your earlier post with photos and details!

I have similar proof sets from Sri Lanka, Jersey, Guernsey and Zambia...all struck by Royal Mint.
