IMHO, it's not "bad Shah", but other word on lower side.

The dots in the ellipse seem like the Bahamani coins but I do not remember any letters on such a coin.

I think you might mean Bijapur coins?   I remember seeing one like Andy's on Fb so i'll post it there & see if we get an i.d

Correct i.d from Shailen Bhandare :
These are local issues from Central Karnataka imitating the designs of Adil Shahi coins (the dotted mandorla), struck most likely in early-mid-18th century. 'Julus' and 'Badshah' refer to the Mughal emperor. You will find there is article on these coins by AH Siddiqui in an early issue of Numismatic Digest In it, he has published very similar coins with the legend 'Zarb Mudkal Ast'. Mudgal is a historic fortified town in Raichur Taluka of Karnataka known for its fort.
The Berad rulers of Shorapur also struck coins having designs in the same series. Shorapur is located about 50 Km NE of Mudgal.
