Der Spiegel that German authorities (more precisely the prosecutor/DA office in Bremen) are trying to determine what should be done about the 17 million 1 dinar coins that Goznak had produced for Libya – but again, not for the government recognized by most countries but for that of Chalifa Haftar.
On 10 June, German customs found nine containers that were supposed to be transshipped in Bremerhaven. They noticed that the declared recipient was not the "legitimate" central bank but some non-existing branch office in Baida. Therefore the pieces are currently considered to be possibly counterfeit. Now the question is what to do with them. Guarded storage would cost about €40,000/year, and sending the containers back to Russia is, according to the article, not possible for legal reasons ...
