I believe this is a napki malika
Coin
But not seen this kind of reverse
Any help would be great

The reverse usually is not that well-struck. What you see is the attendant holding a staff and half of the fire altar. Possible that this is a hemidrachm using a correct obverse die but struck on a drachm reverse die.

Your attribution is correct; the type was made for at least a couple centuries, from the time of the independent Nezak huns until the Turk Shahi takeover.
