Could be Tehran mint and appears to be undated.
I like it very much.

Very nice small civic copper !
The mint name may look like "Bahbahan" but is in fact "Kermanshahan" ("Kerman...." is present at 8 o'clock even not easily legible).
It is an undated coin of Qajar period.

Thank you Saro, I thought of that but both had the same ending. I do agree it is " Kirmanshahan کرمانشاهان " mint. The letter " Sh ش " is seen at 1 O'clock on top of second photo.
