Sharing my collection of 4 Silver Rupees, of Jahangir Lahore Mint - BADA BAR COUPLET - KM#149.16 

1. AH 1032/RY17 -  KM 149.16 - 11.42 Gm - 21.7 MM 
2. AH 1031/RY16 -  KM 149.16 - 11.36 Gm - 21.7 MM           
3. AH 1031/RY16 -  KM 149.16 - 11.35 Gm - 22.1 MM     
4. AH 1033/RY-19 - KM 149.16 - 11.39 Gm - 21.2 MM     

COUPLET: 

HAMESHA BADA BAR RUYE SIKKA-E-LAHOR
ZE NAAM SHAH JAHANGIR, SHAH AKBAR NUR

(EVER ON THE FACE OF THE COIN OF LAHORE MAY THERE BE
LIGHT BY THE NAME OF SHAH JAHANGIR SHAH AKBAR'S SON)

On average 21.7 grams. Remarkable that weight standards were so well maintained, though this is a small sample. Coins 2 and 4 look very similar. 1 is only slightly different, but 3 looks quite different to me. A nice study of divergency within the same type. TFP.

Peter, not only were the weight standards very strictly adhered to, even the silver purity was maintained at very high accuracy. This was recently proved when, Arthur had arranged for XRF testing of Mughal coins across reigns and all of them turned out a similar silver purity even when there was chaos on the empire and the hold of the central authority had started weakening.

The early coins of Shahjahan were also with similar silver purity. Especially those from the Surat mint.
