Tetradrachm of Syracuse in Sicily, but as you say, a cast forgery.

The major signs of casting are the dull or absent detail and the pock-marked fields. Neither are decisive by themselves, but the combination is pretty damning. In addition, the metal colour is off and this is the sort of coin only a major auction house would sell if genuine.
