FBL or not?

ANI, a low tier TPG graded this 1963 Franklin Half as MS66 FBL. While the coin appears at best MS61 to me because of the bag marks, the bell lines do look like FBL. Please have a look at the bell lines and let me know if it appears FBL or not.

Some of the scratches appearing on the coin are actually because of the heavily scratched slab.

  There's a discussion on the Coin Dealer Ratings Forum about slabbers.

I only hoped that you were paying only for the coin & not for the slab.If you did,then you wouldn't have been hosed.
