Small Islamic or Indian copper - worn

Who can help with this one.
Small grade but could still be identifiable.
Size: 15mm
Weight: 3.23gr

I lightened the first pic. These difficult coins are best photographed with light coming in at an angle, so that the shadows accentuate the characters.

I have tried to make it more visible. But I only have a scanner to do my pics.

Very few is legible on this coin...
On the lower scan, I think that there is  : "....  الطر  ...." "al-tar.." , which could be a part of ""al-tarkan" (or tarkhan) ??? , a turco-mongol title .

May be that is best that nothing as starting point ...
