Got this one about a year and a half ago in a lot of ancients. All I know for sure is that it isn't Theodosius II or Valentinian III.

About 9mm and under a gram.
Diademed portrait left, no legend /
Cross surrounded by partial legend

What we can see of the legend rules out either the CONCORDIA AVG (GG) or SALVS REIPVLICE types, and I have never seen an Imperial cross nummus of any type with a left-facing portrait. Checked Wroth's BCM Vandals catalog, and nothing similar in there.

I'm stumped!

Had a look at this picture when it was still visible :(

I can see why you think it is Vandal. However, I couldn't find its likeness on the net...

Fixed the images!

Since it is (as far as I can tell) not listed under any known Vandal or Gothic king, it can only be assigned as "barbarous".
