So nice of you Soro Sir, though I am no expert of persian, despite I feel it is AH 1090?! or dose that circle mean 5??

Yes : "zero" is a simple dot and a circle (or heart shape circle) is "5", so the date is well 1095 AH

Thanks sir, now I recalled the Arabic numerals, and yes it is heart or 5. thanks for this lesson.
