The regnal year "7" is placed in the loop of "N" of "Jahan" / no AH date
the mintname is at left side (1st scan)

There is a list of Mughal emperors with dates here. It says that the reign of Shah Jahan started in 1037 AH (1628 AD). It follows that regnal year 7 coins should be dated 1044, give or take a year due to overlaps.
