It is a dam of Dogaon mint; a part of the mintname is present at bottom of your 1st picture : "Dog(am) / دوگام "
The date in digits is off and in words (lower scan) it gives only "sanah nuhsad wa.." / year 900 and...) : 9xx

from similar coins, on yours, the epithet of the mint is "dar al-salam" (coins struck after 987 AH)
obverse (left picture): part of "falus Dar al-(salam) Dogam"
reverse (from bottom) : "sanah nuhsad wa...+ ornament at end of "nuhsad"
(99x AH could be possible? / nuhsad wa nawad wa..?
