Central bank issues commemorative coin dedicated to 25th anniversary of Armenia’s membership in WB and IMF

YEREVAN, May 15. /ARKA/. The Central Bank of Armenia issued a commemorative coin dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the country’s membership in the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund.

According to the regulator, 300 silver coins with a nominal value of 1,000 drams were issued. The obverse of the coin depicts the coat of arms and the words "REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA," "2017", and "AMD 1000".

The reverse of the coin features the IMF and WB logos and a mark about the 25th anniversary of the membership. On the upper and lower parts there is an inscription in Armenian and English "ARMENIA'S MEMBERSHIP ANNIVERSARY".
