Here is an image of the Serbian set. Interesting that the 10 dinara coin is the only one without mint marks on the obverse. I assume that the diamond shapes (left and right on the obvese, under the year on the reverse) on the lower denominations are mint marks.

I think that the diamonds are just a part of the design. These coins were minted in Budapest and the mint mark, cyrillic B.P. is visible on each of them

That makes sense. So, evil Hungary stole some of their country, then charged them for producing the coins for what was left.
