Normally they'd be issued with a name and time period.  So I think we can safely say it was never issued.

Those wreaths of olive remind me of the 5 Francs Oudiné. Is it the size of a 5 Francs?

5 Francs Oudiné according to the net was 37mm.  So, a little smaller at 36.2mm.

You should not confuse "union of the French ladies"  did only the good and "the union of the  French women" depending on the French communist party which sabotaged systematically weapons and all which left for Indochina.
