Oscar Roty was of course also responsible for the enduring picture of the sower.

The medal must have been an official reward. I bet there is a bronze and a gold variant also. I wonder what the hole in the ribbon was made for. Any idea?

An unidentified coin is a piece of metal. An identified coin is a piece of history.
