Obv: Diademed head left; wreath to right
Rev: Warrior, holding couched lance, on horse prancing right; monogram to lower right; IEΡΩNOΣ in exergue

Convincingly pleasant portrait and excellent hippeus. Masterful die cutting. I think it's a ribbon, rather than a diadem. I wonder if there is a symbol or monogram behind it (OA?)
