Forestry is part of the FAO remit, but FAO coins usually have a clear reference to the organisation. Indonesia puts slogans on other coins, so I am inclined not to consider it an FAO coin. The conclusive evidence would be whether FAO included it in the albums it issued.

What do you think about Wikipedia?

The 1973 100 rupiah was given an updated reverse design in 1978, reading 'HUTAN UNTUK KESEJAHTERAAN' (Forest for welfare), '1978' and a forest motif. The coin was also made thinner, although its dimensions did not change. This was the fourth and final Indonesian FAO coin.

An unidentified coin is a piece of metal. An identified coin is a piece of history.
