A Falus of Iran, 8.33g

Not sure what mint it is,?
A distortion in the flan or die makes it appear to be a Lion with a Monkey on it's back or is there something there ?

WoC members do not seem to be inspired ... and me too  :-\...
I would see a leaping tiger or panther with up tail and I'm not sure of an other animal on its back but only ornamental dots ?
The other face is not clear, except "falus" (without "zarb"); is it a "re" which cuts " falus" ? or the beginning of something else ?
may be a mintname with an epithet  ???

So we agree about the tail  :D
and the bananas could be well few remains of sunrays behind the "feline".
If you confirm the "re" cutting "falus", my best guess would be "Resht" dar al marz  ???

First I also thought  to Shiraz which is a good candidate, but the letter "re" cutting the word "falus" is really puzzling  ??? may be it isn't a "re" but a banana  ;) !!
