Iran, Civic copper with sunface

I got a small lot of Afghan and Iranian coins, this one has a nice clear Sunface, no date or mint as I think it reads as Falus Iran?

That's a remarkably nice coin, cap'n! I hope someone confirms the reading, as I think it will be very helpful to identify less well struck coins.

It is Iran for the mint which is basically Teheran, i can't see this particular type in Valentine under the Iran mint section
