Please help identify this Japan mon.
From which mint it comes from. Does this line in revers mean something?

diameter is 24.4 and weight 3.6 gr

This coin is post 1668. The line on the back looks like damage to the mould. There are no markings I can see that allow the identification of the mint. I would call it Craig 1.2, Kameido mint. More information here.

So coin identified as: Shin Kanei Tsuho, Ishinomaki-sen

Mint: Ishinomaki Sendai / Rikuzen (today Iwate and Miyagi)
Date: Kyoho 13 (1728)
