Very nice image Jostein!  The coins that were issued today have a latent image in the large 1 showing the word 'ONE' and 'RBZ'.

Black marketing of this bond coin has already started. The rate was ZWD 3 = USD 1 at the beginning, it's now ~ ZWD 50 = USD 1!

I can think of three possible reasons:

Least likely: it is already known that issues of bond notes and coins surpass the value of the bonds, so they are not fully covered.
Maybe, maybe not: the story is untrue.
Most likely: people do not trust that the issues of bond notes and coins are or will be equal or less than the value of the bonds: they believe the coins and notes are not now or will not in the future be fully covered.

Peter I would say it is both. Zimbabwe is finding it hard to source revenue and currency in US dollars, hence the issue of these coins and banknotes.

The series of bond coins was designed by Thinus Scheepers of the South African Mint.
