Seems I picked the wrong grandfathers (Anne 5-Guinea)

Isn't it great when you go through your pirate treasure box and find -- an actual treasure? That is what happened to a man from Hertfordshire. He "discovered" a gold coin this way, and was quite surprised when he learned that this is a rare piece:

Only twenty of these Queen Anne "Vigo" 5-guinea coins were made. (The two articles explain what that "Vigo" means.) 15 apparently "survived", and they can hardly ever be found on the market. So this one could fetch £250,000 in an auction ...
