With thanks to saro and andyg, who helped me acquire and identify this coin, obtained in the Palais Brongniart during the 2016 WoC meeting in Paris.

Khoqand, tanga 1277 AH (1860 AD), Cr 115, zeno 114763 in the name of Muhammad Mallya Beg Khan.

As well as quite a reasonable price, but it took someone who reads Arabic script to see what it is. Even so, I first thought you were talking about Mohammed shah of Khwarezm, as I had understood 1277 AD  ::)
