This "Nowroz" token (new year) shows the Great King Darius as seen at Persepolis; "blessed victorious new year" ( خجسته نوروز پیروز )

I must say that is a very nice New Year token! I collect New Year tokens but I haven't more than one or two from Iran. Don't recall seeing one that large either.
