If it's meaningless to you, that doesn't automatically mean it's meaningless to Ukrainians and those interested in international affairs, like me. If you are interested in coins, it doesn't follow that everyone is.

Hmm, I agree that the video is not exactly substantial. ;)  When I scan a QR code, I expect to get more information about the advertised event or subject. Some background knowledge would be perfect. That is not really the case here ...
